Mike Houlihan to tell Stories at McNally’s in St. Charles Mon. July 7th

Houlihan_Book_Sticker Irish American News columnist Mike Houlihan is scheduled to appear in St. Charles on Monday night July 7th at McNally’s Traditional Irish Pub at 109 West Main Street, in St. Charles, IL at 6:30PM at the personal invitation of Shay Clarke.

Houlihan is scheduled to appear at the pub to promote his latest book, “More Hooliganism”, the sequel to his immensely popular debut tome “Hooliganism”, which enraptured readers and critics alike. The new book features Houlihan’s columns from the last six years as well as a foreword written by former 19th Ward Alderman and Cook County Sheriff Mike Sheahan. In the foreword, Sheahan makes allusions to the crime of “Hooliganism” which led to the imprisonment of feminist rock punk group “Pussy Riot” in Russia.

Mike Houlihan is an award winning writer, actor, producer, director, filmmaker, radio host, and journalist. He began his professional career with The American Shakespeare Festival in Stratford, CT and has appeared on Broadway, Off-Broadway, on television, major motion pictures, our nations largest newspapers, periodicals, and bathroom walls. He is a former features columnist for The Chicago Sun-Times and currently co-hosts “The Skinny & Houli Show” each weekend on WCEV 1450 AM.
